Produced from Primitivo grapes grown in the Apulian Alberello style in the vineyards of the Manduria (Taranto) area. The grapes harvested in the first week of September are pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Finally, after the fermentation processes, PASSO DEL CARDINALE is aged for 3 months in barrels and 6 months in stainless steel.

PASSO DEL CARDINALE Primitivo di Manduria is characterised by an intense red colour. It has an intense, pleasantly spicy bouquet. On the palate, it has a strong, balanced and persistent taste. Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
