San Donaci Fulgeo Negroamaro Salento

Fulgeo is a red wine made from pure Negroamaro grapes, from vineyards cultivated according to the Apulian bush training system, located between the provinces of Brindisi and Lecce. Vinified in steel, with temperature-controlled fermentation, and double aging in barrels and bottle. The nose is dominated by fruity notes of cherries and morello cherries, and spicy notes of cocoa beans, liquorice and cloves, with hints of toast and dark chocolate. On the palate, great elegance of tannins, never intrusive, with a distinct note of Jamaican pepper and jam, followed by a pleasantly bitter finish.
