A masterful interpretation of the famous Italian red wine
Salice Salentino from the Apulia region. The cuvée is a composition of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes in a 90:10 ratio. The grapes, grown in the traditional Alberello system on mixed clay soils, are hand-picked in the second half of September. Vinification is carried out in the classic style, including a week-long skin maceration at controlled temperatures of 18-20°C. Finally, the wine is aged in barrels for 24 months.
