AOC Saint Péray BIO "La Belle de Mai"

Golden yellow colour with green highlights. Intense and flattering, with aromas of flowers (hawthorn and iris), quince and citrus. Ample, fruity and mineral on the palate. Very good balance and good persistence.

Spring-like and delicate, "La Belle de Mai", to seduce, combines Roussanne with a touch of Marsanne. The wine is full of hawthorn and lime blossom, which blend exquisitely with baked poultry or a fine sole meunière.
