"Romano" Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Romano is an extra virgin, organic, cold pressed olive oil, a blend of local Buza, Rosignola, hand picked, 1st choice varieties. Definitive and round, rich with notes of medium ripe tomato, banana and apple, as well as fragrant notes of basil and artichoke.

The flavours are delicate with slight spicy and bitter notes.

This oil goes well with all kinds of fish dishes. We particularly recommend it with fish carpaccio. It can also be used for all mixed vegetable salads as well as for all steamed and grilled vegetables and herbal dishes.
