Zinfandel

Zinfandel is a very popular grape variety in the Californian vineyards. It is in fact the same grape variety as Primitivo, which produces very good wines in Italy's Puglia region. Zinfandel produces powerful, tannic red wines with a dark colour, ripe fruit nose and spicy aromas. To be enjoyed with red meat on the barbecue!
